These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ContentAI Hub LTD, a company registered in Nigeria ("Contease", "we", "us"), which makes and runs Contease. They cover your use of contease.ai and the Contease app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Contease is built for real estate agents and agencies, hotels and short-let hosts, but anyone can sign up. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Contease for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email [email protected] straight away.
Contease turns your property photos into short videos. Each video is made of shots: one of your photos, filmed with the camera move, light and effects you or a template choose. You can then edit the video's order, text, music and voiceover.
Videos are generated by AI. We work hard to keep every shot true to your photo, but AI output can contain mistakes. Always watch your video before you publish it.
Credits. Making videos uses credits. The number of credits a video uses is shown before you make it. Credits are added by your plan each billing period, or bought separately.
Plans. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price and what's included are shown before you pay.
Cancelling. You can cancel your plan at any time from Billing. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops renewing. Your videos and remaining credits stay on your account.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel before you're charged the new price.
How payment is taken.
Referrals. We don't currently offer a referral programme.
You can ask for a refund of a payment within 7 days of making it, as long as none of the credits from that payment have been used. Email [email protected] with the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the credits from that payment are removed from your account.
Outside these conditions, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Failed shots don't need a refund: their credits return to your account automatically.
You can close your account at any time from Account settings. Closing your account:
If you close your account within 7 days of a payment and haven't used any of the credits from that payment, you can still ask for a refund of that payment under section 5.
What's yours stays yours. You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and use Your Content only to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the providers that generate your videos.
Your videos. The videos made for you are yours to use, including for commercial purposes such as marketing your listings, as long as you follow these Terms. The templates, music, fonts and other library material inside them remain ours or our licensors', and you may use them only as part of your videos.
No training. We never use Your Content or your videos to train AI models.
Showcasing. We will only feature your videos in our own marketing after asking you directly and getting your permission.
Your promises about Your Content. You confirm that:
Contease can change how a space is lit and add effects, such as dusk light or lights coming on, to show a property at its best. You are responsible for how you present your videos to buyers, renters and guests, including making sure they don't mislead anyone about the property, and for following any advertising rules that apply to you.
When you share a video, anyone with its link can watch it until you stop sharing it. Shared video pages are not listed in search engines. Think about who you send links to.
You must not use Contease to:
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If you see something on Contease that breaks them, report it through our contact page.
We work to keep Contease running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if your account is used for fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put things right. Sections that by their nature should continue after your account closes (such as 7, 13 and 14) continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first at [email protected], and we'll try to resolve it together. If we can't, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as Contease changes. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Contease after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
