What is Contease?
Contease is an AI property video tool for real estate agents. It turns your listing photos into cinematic, vertical property videos with camera moves, natural light and music, ready to post on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Status.
Do I need a videographer or video editing skills?
No. Contease builds the video from photos you already have. You can adjust the camera move, light and effect for any shot, but you don't need to.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Sharp, well-lit photos of each space work best, from a phone or a professional camera. Start with the exterior or gate, then the main rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and any pool or garden.
Can I add the price, a voiceover and my logo?
Yes. In the Contease editor you can add on-screen text like the price and bedrooms, a music track, an AI voiceover generated from a script you type, and your logo.
Is there a free plan?
Not at the moment. Creating a cinematic video for your listing is available on paid plans, so pick the one that fits how many listings you market each month.
How do I turn my listing photos into a video?
Create a listing in Contease, pick a template and drop one photo into each shot. Then tap Make my video. Each template is planned shot by shot, so most agents only need to add photos.
Will the video show my property accurately?
Every shot in Contease is built from one of your photos, and a consistency check reviews each video against those photos after it's made. You also see the finished video before you post it.
